    Terms & Conditions

     1. Lesson Discount Promo (LDP) are non-refundable.
        Believer Music reserves the right to grant course fee
        refunds only for compassionate and medical-related
        cases.
     2. Administration Fee of $12.90 per transaction applies and
        is non-refundable.
     3. Stated prices are inclusive of 9% GST.
     4. Complimentary gift vouchers and eVouchers are
        not applicable.
     5. LDP for 2/3/4/5/6 modules are valid for 3/4/5/7/8 terms
        respectively. Unused modules will be forfeited upon
        expiry.
     6. Deferment requests are allowed if you give written
        notice no later than 2 weeks upon term commencement
        – subject to discount promo expiry. Administration fee
        applies. If you have already selected your preferred
        timeslot/s, any request to change the assigned
        term will be deemed as a deferment request and        
        an administration fee will be applicable.


     EVOUCHERS
   Terms & Conditions

     1. eVouchers (in the form of number codes) are only
         applicable for course fees.
      2. eVouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be
         returned for a cash refund. We are not responsible for
         lost or stolen E-vouchers.
      3. eVouchers cannot be used in conjunction with
         promotions and discounts.
      4. Only 1 eVoucher can be applied per registration.
      5. Applied eVouchers with unutilized remainder value
         cannot be refunded or applied to another registration.


     BM DOLLARS (BM$)
   Terms & Conditions

     1. BM$ are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for
          cash.     
      2. BM$ are only applicable for course fees.
      3. BM$ will expire one (1) year from each quarterly
          period reflected in the table below.

      4. Unused BM$ will be forfeited upon expiry.
       5. Applied BM$ cannot be refunded or re-applied onto
          another enrollment, irrespective of the enrollment status.
